Volunteer and Community Involvement
Parents of special needs athletes, friends, neighbors, and curious on-lookers: Lend a hand and become a member of the Dream Catcher family. Whether you love horses, kids, people with disabilities, or just want to make a difference, Dream Catcher Stables Inc has a place for you! Get Involved! Volunteer Your Time! Bring us your expertise and desire. We provide the training. Program Volunteers should be at least 14 years of age.

Program Volunteer duties may include any or all of the following:
Grooming horses - brushing the horses, removing dirt and dust, shining their coats

Leading horses – controlling the horse while the less experienced rider is mounted

Tacking horses – putting on the saddles and bridles

Side walking – walking next to the mounted rider ensuring that they remain balanced

Feeder – feed horses, clean stalls, and apply simple medications as needed

Competition team – side walking, horse handling, and more at competitions

Maintenance volunteer – mow, weed eat, repair fence/buildings, sweep, clean – this may be outdoor or in the buildings

Facilty Volunteer
This opportunity is available upon request for school age youth who have been mandated to complete community service hours because of their conduct. Please contact Sanna Roling at 281-216-3494 for details.
